Role Summary:

The role of EHS Sr Operational Leader will be responsible for owning EHS strategy and execution for the Dayton site (including multiple manufacturing plants) and fostering a culture of safety as top priority and all employee accountability / engagement. The role of EHS Sr Operational Leader will support both Tubes & Ducts as well as Dayton Cores and Castings facilities - 6 facilities with over 900 employees.

Essential Responsibilities:

Additionally, as the EHS Sr Operational Leader, key responsibilities will include :

  • Serve on the leadership support teams to drive strategy and vision of EHS for the site

  • Lead a team of EHS reps to provide day-to-day EHS support for all facilities across the site

  • Develop and drive educational and engagement programs

  • Provide metrics and data to ensure short term and long term strategic actions being taken to risk mitigate, and ensure continuously evolving / improving environment for health and safety of our employees and community Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS - Fixed Facilities ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :

  • This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
